FYI: New Civic Si Review/Test on Speed, 12/04/05
They could have made that a little bit better for the new Si. I've seen the SPEED channel do car reviews before and this one was not fully directed at the new Si but instead it was more directed towards the aftermarket world for the Si.
I got it DVR'd but I have no way to upload it. You didn't miss a whole lot. The one guy that does all of the test drives drove it around and bounced it off the rev limiter a few times. He jumped it on some mountain road in AZ.
Danica Patrick came on and drove one on a track with the dude. They flirted a bunch.
Then some tUnErZ brought out their versions of the Si - K&N, Tein, and Motegi. Interestingly, the K&N and Tein versions had engine swaps. The K&N had a supercharged 2.4L TSX motor in it, and the Tein had a K20A2 (RSX Type-S) in it. The only one that had the stock Si motor in it was the Motegi car, which was gutted and road race-prepped (one of the Hopes is driving it).
For the finale, they drag-raced the K&N car against the Motegi car ("high power vs. light weight") and the K&N car won.

They really didn't talk about any features of the car or even have any good shots of the car. I'm still waiting for my brochure!
