Default Spoon Sport Banner Installation

Anyone here knows a good way to put that Blue Banner?
I think I FawKed mine up....
so many bubbles... (and Yeah, I blow them up using needles already)...
I can't believe it was so hard..
I am thinking of replacing it with a new one.. but I need suggestions how to do it..
(or if I can redo the one I have now)...

thanks..

PS: can I spray soap water like the one they use for window tinting before I apply the banner? sigh.. I got so frustrated yesterday with that banner install.. if it's a $5 POS, I'll rip it off and spit on it already...

It will still look like crap for a day or so, just like tint. But when it dries. voila.

Just out of curiosity...Are you represent’n legitimately, you don't have like a radiator cap and think you need a banner right?

I have a Radiator Cap that's true..
(every car should have one, no?)...
and as far as Spoon stuff... hm... I think I can consider mine got some spoons beside just a Spoon Radiator Cap...
see the banner? that's one of them.. HaHa

EDIT: I will post a PIC ASAP... my ITR is trying to be different...

I always find that funny too. But it's your car, do what makes you happy and that's all that matters.

When does one cross that line of legitimacy? Radiator cap, header, wheels, flywheel, BM videos?

To be legitimate, I think I will go to Spoon HQ and have the President Sign my ITR picture, along with his picture with me.. heHe..

and about me being happy.. Yeah, It is my car.. I can put SpOOms on mine.. hehe..
I just like the Black on Yellow stuff that Spoon got on the R..
that's why I put mine to look like one... but USDM front.. no JDM.

Question about the Spoon Banner: Is it permanent (or semi-permanent) like a decal, or can it be removed and installed (like a film) when needed. I wouldn't mind putting one on for autox events...

It's just a decal. But for around $40, you wouldn't want to be throwing them away left and right.

EDIT: or buying them for that matter... hehe

I HATE the commit, "Why do you have a Spoon Sticker on your car? Do you have a Spoon Motor?" as they look at my Spoon wheels and mirrors (Made by Vision).

Stupid F&F movie!!!

Spray the window and the back of the banner with a mixture of baby shampoo and water. Move it around till its where it belongs, Squeegie out as much of the water and air as possible, let dry!

Squeegy with what? Should I use one of those things like they have at the gas station (the rubber blade) that you drag across the window?

Kragen has little rubber things for installing their window tint. One of those will work.
