Rent a JDM Car... Skyline GTR or NSX or the Rs... =)
hehe..
Anyone knows where to rent one in Tokyo or Shizuoka?
I want to try a true JDM car.. I will have my Int'l driver license..
hopefully not that expensive..
also if you know any junkyard or super discounted stores for parts...
anyone from H-Tech who's willing to be my Tour Guide??
I'll be staying at an International Student House near Shibuya Station..(forget the name)...
how's the weather in April? not sure if it's gonna be Late April or Late July though..
(Thinking hard)...
oh yeah, I already do a search for the people that went to Japan.. so I kinda know where to go but DON'T really know HOW to get there.. hehehehe

I dunno.
when I looked up honda's JDM website, I only saw rentals for "people mover" kinda cars. so like passenger vans, fuel efficient cars.
As for the goot stuff, I hear you can buy a lap at Suzuka in an NSX but I dunno for how much.
I am sure there is a market to rent those nice cars you are talking about but I have no clue yet where to get. Miraiz is in JDM land so he might know better.
My friend said "ask your hotel concierge"
-Aoib0t, who can't wait to get out of dodge city tomolo and head over to the land of the rising sun

Don't you have to have an International Driver's Licence to rent a car over there.
Americans are known to not be good drivers.
Tests are way too easy and no required driving schools before they issue a licence.

I tried looking for a GT-R, but heh, i dont think you can rent one. There were places where you can rent a Skyline 2.5 but thats about it. Yeah, the best thing is to ask the hotel people. heh, sorry, couldnt find any.
(BTW, if you go to hokkaido, you can rent the new Integra R)
