this might possibly be a noob question but oh well..lol

recently we got a b16a with a Y1 LSD Tranny. the axles are the same lengeth and look the same, im sure thats how they are supose to be correct? the only thing is.....

how the hell do you tell drive side from passenger side axle?

 

On a EF civic or CRX, the longer axle is always on the driver's side.

 

the axles are from / came with the B16a, and the tranny is a Y1 (LSD), and both of them are the same length..

 

on the inner CV joint, the splines are longer on the driver's side where it goes into the intermediate shaft
