Default Proper procedure in Pulling off a B series VTEC head

Is there a faq, I checked one of the websites, but the pictures were too small and they weren't intensive enough where I felt I would be confident attempting this.
The reason i ask is because I am bringing my engine to a builder and I don't want him to have both of my heads, just the one I want to have put on
thanks

Taking it off should be straight forward and simple. There's no really worry about what bolt should go first, just take your time and be patient.

just look at a a helms manual

you need to criss cross when taking out the head bolts or there is a possiblility of warping the head

I criss cross the bolts that I'm taking off, just like on a wheel. I don't know if you have to do that when you take it off, but that's the way I do it.

btw, good idea about only giving them one head, that makes it almost impossible for the shop to F up.

trust me, thieves get caught more often than you think but no one posts about it or anything... they should think before they try to pull a stunt
