Default Axles for B18c with S80 in a 1991 CRX Drag body

Need some help.

I am putting together an N/A motor into a drag body, 1991 CRX, running B18c with S80.

I have found it hard to get info about the diferences in axles. Can I run GSR axels in the CRX or do I have to get special ones like Hasport?

What are the differences if any? I had heard that the splines might be diferent, can I chnage the discs to later model?

You can run GSR axles with the GSR intermediate shaft or you can use a 90-91 integra intermediate shaft with 90-91 integra axles.

S80 hydro trans.

No problem with intermediate shaft with the axels I have, it all came out of the same car.

But what about the length of the axles are the interga axels longer? Also is their any difference in the splines on the wheels/discs where the axles join in to drive the wheels?

Cheers

also, if your crx isnt an si, you need either crx si hubs, or integra da hubs the splines are smaller on non si crx's.

Yes, im using the integra i-shaft from the 94 Sir integra JDM and have integra axels and hubs from the integra.

I am going to run a pro drive spool. I have been offered some pro drive axles as well so I realy need to know before I buy them.

I have also just bought the CRX drag body so I cant measure the splines or the length of the axles just yet.

you should take out the dust shield on the hubs on the inside where the axle goes agtainst the hub. because the axles are longer, that little extra room helps
