i have a b16b and am going to put skunk2 stg2 cams in, which valvesprings will be the most suitable for daily driving and 9-9500 shifting??? also will these cams be a good upgrade, some friends say yes cuz the high comp. some say no cuz the small displacement.

RM gen2 springs and retainers or omnipower, both are very high quality and have snap fit Ti retainers
