Well I have been fixing my 97 Civic Ex little problems and what not there was one point were a wire touched ground or something because I remember seeing a spark at one point or another. Checked most common things like clock, radio, turn signals, headlights, dash lights. Everything seem to work but I didnt realize my Hazards werent working, probably the only thing that I didnt check. Stupid me My fault.

Well I dont have the underdash fuse cover so I told myself since I EFFED up I should just go ahead and take out every fuse one by one. Im pretty sure I checked every fuse of course Im not perfect. I am looking at the diagram on the boards and the Hazards aren't on there.

Any help what it could be...

Condition of car-I have my steering wheel in pieces only the main Wheel is on to turn. No SRS or anything just the wheel and the cruise control wiring, SRS wiring, Horn wiring.
