Default Fuel system on a d15b7!! trouble shooting HMM?

I had recently changed my timing belt on my 93 del sol.

Prior to this maitainence I had arched my belt//skipped some teeth and threw my timing like 30deg off. I was having compression problems and it seemed as if I had a blown heAD GASKET.

No engine check/ no oil light/good temp/ and good performance aside from this annoying little loss of power.

I spoke with a good freind/ an auto mechnic of 30years. He said to change the timing. so... I swapped the belt out and it seem to work for a while.

After about 10min of driving really hard and coming down to idle the car boggs down and shows symptoms of a blown head gasket or torn seals.

I was told that I should replace my fuel filter and then injectors when I get some cash. Is there some test I could perform on a lift to troubleshoot and find out exactly what is going on?

My guy said since there is alot of dust and debris in the air it could hinder the flow of my fuel system.

I was wondering if anyone could offer up any helpful advice. And possibly post a thread how to purge/flush out the fuel system for any honda.

Thanks
