What happened to my clutch?

Alright, while driving my car hard, all of a sudden my clutch exploded.
I put it in gear and my car doesn't move in any way or form.
So I know my clutch exploded.
However, when I put it in gear and try to accelerate, I hear crackling noises and something loose.
Did I blow up my pressure plate, what else could it be?
Just want to prepare for the worse

stop running the car, you will only make it worse. best case scenario, you need a new disc, pressure plate and t/b. worse case scenario, you damaged the case from trying to drive it, and possible damage to the block. most likely you just need to swap the clutch.
You don't need to say that you blew anything up, or that something exploded. It does sound clutch related. The only thing you can really do is to open it up and take a look at it. Perhaps one(most/all) of the springs decided to say goodbye.

well all I have is a paypal receipt from the guy where I bought the clutch.
Is that sufficient?
