Default ? about headlight install

I was just wondering if there is anything that I need to know or any problems I might have putting in some hyper xenon bulbs into my headlights? I am under warranty so I don't want anything to go wrong. Any help would be appreciated!

well, in that case, it shouldn't affect your headlights watsoever... However, the bulbs might burn out on you if you install them incorrectly, touch them.. also some bulbs require extra harness to work effciently and last long ( I dont know which ones you have)... Just keep your stock ones just in case the new ones burn out on you (try not to touch them as you're taking them out), otherwise it'll set you back $20-30 replacing them...

Man, the topics on this site are really lame... I wouldn't worry about your warranty unless you think you're going to take the car to have your headlight bulb to be serviced. Basically if your modified part causes some damage that you wish to have warrantied, they will simply not cover it.

Alright sorry to be lame about this topic but I am new to working on a rsx and I just want to be cautious about what I am doing. Well I installed them and they work fine. But since I disconnected the battery I don't know the code to the radio to deactivate the anti-theft system. So now since the previous owner did not write the code down in the manual like your suppose to''go figure'' I will have to contact the dealer and see what they can do.

The manual said all I have to do is call the dealer and give them the serial number of the cd player and they will give me the code. But where is the serial number at, I don't want to take the cd player out to see it?

I dont think there's anyother way to find the serial # besides taking the headunit out...correct me if I'm wrong....'But to take out the headunit It's pretty simple on the RSX, easier than the EP3 I belive...

check out this link...you'll get an idea of how to take out your headunit...
