i have a buddy that has a ls with a us type r moter trany and ecu. he is about to put the skunk 2 sage 2 cams valve spring and retaners in he also has the skunk 2 cam gears and the skunk 2 chip over sized je pistions and the bassic bolt ons what timing shoud he run on the intake and the ecsoust side?

He shouldn't mess with the cam gears at all until he can get the car on a dyno and get it tuned.

 

he is going to put it on the dyno but we want to see what every one is runing them at
