92 civic not starting.. help!
i have a 92 civic lx 4-door, 1.5l 16v engine... i can't seem to get it started, I replaced the spark plugs, distributor, and the starter. it will struggle to start but will only get to about that low rumble sound you hear when it normally fires up. i just stutters on the verge of starting.
it has been outside for a long time in pretty cold temp -20c and down, maybe the lines or the oil is frozen? any idea would be most appreciated? thank you!

I do not know if this will help, but it only can be two things. Either you are not getting any spark, or you are not getting fuel.
To check if you are getting spark:
1. Unplug the spark plug wire
2. Put in a screw driver in the spark plug wire
3. Put the screw driver rod near a grounding point (some where on the chassis)
4. Start the car to see if you are getting a spark
Note: Be careful because you can get shocked, and it is possible car can start with three cyls
To check if you are getting fuel.
1. crack open the nut on the fuel filter.
2. Start the car (just let if crank a couple of times)
3. Gas should spray out of the fuel filter
Note:DO NOT HAVE THE SPARK PLUG WIRE UNPLUGED BECAUSE YOU CAN START A FIRE

Thanks a lot everyone, i'm going to try replacing the fuel filter, since the battery's been dead for a while, hopefully that'll be it!
Is there anything i should know before I replace it? I haven't done this before..
