Highly unlikely for just the upper. The F3 lowers and F4 upper are shaped differently.

It's possible to swap all the fairings, but you'll also need to change the mounting points.

Why would you need to slap on an F4 upper?

I am actually in the process of switching a 92 f2 cbr over to all f4i fairings/headlights/tail/seats.

It makes the bike unique and I dont have the money for an f4i. and I needed a winter project.

http://24.163.135.28/Pics/f4iConversion.htm this is where I got my info.

just for your info all f2 and f3 will bolt up. but the f4 and f4i will need modification.
