i heard that you could... and by doing this it would raise comp ratio is this true?

yes, I'm not sure what the A1 pistons would do, but the D16A3 (88-89 Integra) will bump comp up past 12:1. If you're doing something mild and streetable you'll want to check out the D16A6 (88-91 Civic/ CRX Si) pistons those will do around 10.6:1 compression.

a1 pistons will work. thats my current build right now. they will bump up the compression also to around 11:1
be sure to get 87-88 integra a1 pistons AND rods for this to work out really good.
