will d16a1 pistons fit in an d16z6?

Default will d16a1 pistons fit in an d16z6?

i heard that you could... and by doing this it would raise comp ratio is this true?

yes, I'm not sure what the A1 pistons would do, but the D16A3 (88-89 Integra) will bump comp up past 12:1. If you're doing something mild and streetable you'll want to check out the D16A6 (88-91 Civic/ CRX Si) pistons those will do around 10.6:1 compression.

do some searching too I'm sure theres lots of info on here.

a1 pistons will work. thats my current build right now. they will bump up the compression also to around 11:1
be sure to get 87-88 integra a1 pistons AND rods for this to work out really good.
