Default 92 CX manual transmission fluid.

Hey all, just picked up a 92 CX over the weekend and am in the process of giving it a full tune up/fluid change. The manual says to use 10W-30 or 10W-40 motor for the manual transmission fluid. Is this (motor oil) better than Honda MTF for this particular tranny? Or is Honda MTF still the better choice? Thanks.

I'm using Honda MTF in the ITR. Beasty engine? HAHAHA! That's the funniest thing I've heard all week, hehehe. Thanks for the info.
