Default will this work?

i have a 91 crx si and will soon be riding on 15'' rims. as you can see (pics of my car) i need to lower it. will i run into any problems with this setup: neupeed sport springs (2.0in. and 1.8in. drop) and tokico blues shocks? does anyone have experience with neuspeed or tokico? how is the ride? thanks.

what size tires are you running? I have 195-50/15 on mine with a 2" drop. tires can rub a little depending on the wheel offset. I believe my current wheels have 40mm offset and there's no rubbing with them (my old wheels made the tires rub)

as far as ride goes, my springs are suspension tecniques and stock shocks (which are shot) so I can't help you there.

That setup will be just fine. I like the Koni yellows (adjustable) better, but what you are thinking about will do nicely.

i have 16x7 wheels that are a 40mm offset. my car is lowered about 2" all around and i have no problems.

you should be fine with the 15s! just make sure to get a 40mm offset.

when i said 40mm offset, i was talking about the wheels. make sure they come with a 40mm offset...

tirerack.com has a good article on wheel offset if you want to learn more. i would try to find the link for you, but i actually have work to do today!

I have 2" drop suspension technigues springs on KYB struts with 15" TEG GSR rims W / 205/50-15 tires that clear once I bent the rear fender lip up. This on an '89 Civic DX HB . W/ZC swap.

they are two diff. companies... tokico blues are non-adjustable ( i have em and am satisfied with them) and there are also the tokico illuminas the adjustable ones... and the yellows are made by Koni, most ppl will recomend these b/c they are a great adjustable shock
