Default Anyone running on Eibach Sportlines....

Hi, i was wondering if anyone here on HT is running on a set of Eibach Sportline Springs w/ stock struts or aftermarket. Just wanted to know if you guys are could you post your pics of your ride I kinda of want to see how they look on 3rd gen tegs, I want to switch from Skunk2 coilover sleeves to a set height spring for a more better ride. Please post your pics. I want to see if they would look the same as the height I have my coilover sleeves set at. I'm running on 16x7 Slips w/ 205/45ZR16 tires wonder if it would look good with a drop of 1.8".

they do make the front look a little bit higher.
but they handle AMAZING, providing you have goot tires to go along w/ them.
dont judge them if you dont know. I take turns at rediculous speeds and the back end wont budge.

prokit
and according to that pic: sportline:

U think they would do some research before they developed those springs...

No one likes a speed boat looking car. At leat put a warning signs: "Will make ur car look like speed boat if installed" and ride like one also. Do not try to turn if ur going over 30mph cuz ur will rock the car like ur in a boat. causing over and understeering</TD></TR></TABLE>

How a car looks and how it handdles are not the same. The front is NOT "higher" either. The fact that there is more 'gap' between the wheel and the wheel well in the front then compared to the rear is simply a matter of how the car was designed - so no matter what springs you put on your car - it will look like that - UNLESS, you drop the car SO low that the tops of the wheels are tucked within the wheel wells. Also, Did you ever notice that that bottom of the car is level & parallel with the ground! That's how its supposed to be!

That pic is with 15" would it look different with 16" rims and tires. Here is a pic of my car and height it is right now, would it look like this if I use the sportlines?

no... it should look EXACTLY like mine, only the tire sidewalls will be smaller and the rims will be bigger. but the total size of wheel and tire will be exactly the same as mine.

the car is lever w/ the ground because all the springs are cut for the same size drop all around.

... what??
I dont have the pro kit. I never said anything about it.
I have the sportlines and im backing them up completly. I think theyre awesome.

i say, who cares. eibach springs are the ONLY spring that does this.

i thought it was just the pro kit because of the even .75 drop all around. But i guess their sportlines sucks too. haha.

dont get mad at me cuz ur drops looks off.
</TD></TR></TABLE>

im not getting mad at anyone. I love these springs. They are great. I kno it looks like the front is higher, but it is just the fender. The car is level

i love my coilovers. when i was in the market for suspension i thought about sportlines. but after seeing how many ppl had the boat effect to it im glad i went with coilovers. if anything go with the hr sport springs. they have a lower drop in the front to make the gap look even.

how about just cutting the springs? cut off like a coil or 2 on the eibach i know its not recommended but how much will it affect the ride and handling? i might do it to mine cause i dont like the way how the gap in the front is higher

I have my H&R OE sport springs for 2 years now. It starts off slightly high in the back (0.75in drop) , but over the years it sagged a slight bit and right now it is about 1 inch drop in the back. The front has been always about 0.75 inch drop.

prokits are a 1.3in drop all around

with a set of tokico blues it creates a very luxirious feel (smooth like stock) but still stiff enough to take hard turns and a drop which is perfect for daily driving

couldnt be happier w/my decisiion to get these

Does H&R sport springs make the car have that look where the front looks high and the rear looks lower? Which drops lower Eibach sportlines or H&R sport? I know H&R is like a 1.75" drop and aEibachs 1.8"? Well reason i'm asking... if you look at my post up there where i posted a pic of my car on 16" slips would it look dropped like that if I switch to H&R sport or Eibach Sportline Springs? I like the stiffness of coilover sleeves but I like set height springs because they're less stiff but gives you that balanced ride of stiffness and comfortable daily driving ride.

Is this pics of your ride with H&R sport or Eibach sportlines? Looks pretty even.
