Default No Power Steering

Hello Honda heads!!

I purchased a 94 honda civic dx. No power steering. I was wondering if there are any advantages of having no power steering besides developing my arm muscles. Its only hard to turn when Im not moving otherwise theres hardly any differnence.

Thoughts?

It is much easier to get a shorter ratio steering rack if you do not have power steering.

i'm not a sissy noob and i have ps in my car... considered removing it, but feeling the difference when removed didn't convince me. now, if i had a non ps steering rack and completely removed the whole system, other then just taking the belt off, that might make a better impression... until then, ps is good for me.

I don't have ps in one car. Its hard sometimes.. then again I weigh about 100lbs and can't lift anything. So i suppose the girl comment rings true here... but I know so pretty tough girls

i've had no PS and u know what. I REALLY CAN FEEL THE ROAD MUCH BETTER> you get more feed back in the steering as compared to one with PS. i guess it might be better for drifting or going around corners as fast as possible and knowing when you've started to lose traction. you FEEL IT. lol
