or a junkyard. I don't know why you need a clutch cable though???? I always used stockers. As for the throttle you need a unit from an Si, I have an extra in my garage, but I like to hold on to stuff like that, never know when you might buy another car and need to do a swap.

The stock clutch cable works ,But you wont have much adjustment with it as it is a little short,,and the stock throttle cable works but you have to run it a diffferent way..Its best just to get the 90-93 integra cables..THey work best

how do you have to run the throttle cable?</TD></TR></TABLE>
You run it behind the motor, and it will have a bit more slack..
Its best to get the 90-93 integra one though..No junkyards by you?

If you have an Si cable just use it. It will work fine. You really don't ever have to adjust a throttle cable anyway. I forgot the teg cables were different. I beleive the one in my garage is off of a teg actually.

stock clutch cable is fine, i havent been able to use a throttle cable on any swaps though, but ive never tried. i always use a teg cable since i can find like 5 in a junkyard in a day. as for the clutch cable just cut a little of the sheath back on the stock si one, so you have adjustment.

to do a b16 swap in a ef you need, axles, shift linkage, b-series mounts, ecu, you have to run vtec and knock sensor wires, your clutch cable should work, if not use a 90-93 tegy one, and if you have a dx you need to use si throttle cable, or one form a 90-93 tegy.

ok so i got the clutch cable on.blah blah blah.. but when u push the clutch pedal in, it doesnt come back... its like there is no spring. sooo does this have anything to do with not having any tranny fluid in it yet?
you probably dont have it tight enough
pull the arm on the tranny(where the cable goes) up as high as you can, then tighten the adjuster nut down onto it until the pedal feels right.
