Default Bad coilover installation

Went to go get my coilovers installed and the guy ended up ripping the head of my bolt that holds the lower control arms together. I've heard this is a problem on older cars do to rust and that it is a pain in the ***. Just wondering if anybody had a good solution or expierence with this problem.

you can either drill it out or torch it out.

I'd drill it out, using an extractor kit or some equivalent... you can find these at Sears. When I bought mine, it came with really bad drill bits, and I immediately broke 2. So I bought a few cobalt bits, those worked way better.

The way the extractor works is: you drill a hole inside the bolt. Then you put in the extractor bit, and it will grab the bolt as you spin it out.

But what if the bolt is still rusted in, how are you suppose to pull it out?
