kamakaze. but not good reviews on them. make your own out of an old dc sports header and some welding.
edit: you said quality... sorry

thanks, but im definatly looking for a good part. i dont want problems. i have spent too much time and effort on this car to put on something thats not 100%
cutting up a regular DC sport might end up being my only option, but im trying to avoid that.

The Greddy with the 2.5" collector mod seems the choice for headers in the lower price range. Check out the Prelude forum, they have a couple of active header discussions which should help you. Granted, they exclude some of the headers designed for hybrids (no ac), but it's still a good read.

Welcome to my problem. Here is a similar thread I made today. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1451794
Do you have ground clearance problems too? My header takes a beating, since I am running one designed for the 92-96 Lude. I highly recommend that you look into a custom header for your setup. You will make more power, have better ground clearance, and you will have a header that in theory, will be more condusive to your future engine mods. I still will be implementing a skid plate just in case, but with a custom header you will still gain at least 2-3'' of clearance.

my freind has a custom header that he paid 900 for.. he's sellin it for 500 but it has a 3" collector.. i think you should get it has so much more mid and top end then a the 2.5 or any other 3"
it doesnt look like ill have clearance issues... my oil pan is just as low, if not lower than where a header will be....
at this point i just want a good header, that will work for $300 - $450. im running a stock motor... and i have ac and power steering, so i dont have a ton of room to work with.
i just need something at this oint to get the car done

i prefer to buy one done.... i dont really want to have to wait for it.. .then have it all cut up and what not....
i would really prefer something bolt on, ready to go.

It was $359.00 for me...shipped. Then another few dollars for the mod. Opposed to a RMF or SMSP? Definitely worth it...

If you are going to do it then do it right, AN-R Hytech, etc. When I was all motor I had a DC Sports and it was only ok. HOWEVER, I modded the collector to a 2.5" and the mid to top end difference was night and day. Well worth the $250 price, then mod it...
as i need something fast i ordered a dc sport header. i just picked up a 2.5 inch flex pipe..
so ill be doing the 2.5 collector mod to the dc sport so i can get the car up and on the road.

The collector is the part where the 4 exhaust tubes come down and "collect" together.
Modding it is simply cutting the current one out and welding in a larger one...
