The real ones have a place to bolt up to the radiator support in the bottom of the middle opening on each side, thats the only big difference other that the horrible quality of fake ones.

$1,200? You're on crack. The listed MSRP on C-West's website for the Kouki bumper is $520.00. Which means... you should be able to get in for a shade under $500 through a local shop.

On the inside of their stuff, there is a "C.Westin" logo spray painted on to em. If you have to ask, it probably isn't the real deal. Also, C-West comes with black gel coat only. If the piece your buddy has is white or another color aside from back, that's the first giveaway.

get real, or keep your oem, fake ones have the worst fittings.
