d16 wiring harness

When swaping a out a d16y7 and replacing it with a b16 can you reuse the d16 wiring harness, i heard there is a problem with the a knock sensor wire or something.

Youll need to wire up Knock and VTEC.

Just run wires from the respected location into the respected location on the ecu. I hope you have a helms with you if your doing the swap.
