Sorry if this is a re-post, I didn't feel like searching. Actually, I'm not sorry. I'm not even a little bit sorry. So, moving right along. If wings of this nature weren't bad enough stationary, now your gonna' get to see em' move up & down in traffic. Riveting, I know. I could see this thing on a GT series car or adapted to an F1 and so on. But, I have a strong feeling they're gonna' be sold mostly to go on street cars. But, the BEST part about this product, imo, is the name of the company. How prophetic. motoRICEd
btw, I'm flame proof. That might save you a few keystrokes.

In all fairness, the Honda/import scene did, to a large extent, bring it on themselves. If nobody bought em', nobody would make em'. Pretty simple economics really.

i totally agree...but in order for some of the companies to make it, they would have to think there is a market for them. i personally havent seen anyone rocking them and dont really see a huge market for them so i kinda put it in the hands of the companies right now for marketing such a stupid product.
basically i see it as a stupid products for stupid consumers. whats next door spoilers that flap to make it look like your cars is flying?

i don't know a super ton about aero but i do know alittle. And i think it would make more sense to change the ANGLE that air foil is at, not the height. i do relize that height has some effect on aero but i was under the impression that the angle is what gave you downforce.
adjustable wings aren't new, any one into old race cars? does the chapperal(sp) ring a bell? Most sactioning bodies don't allow them because they are REALLY effective when done correctly

Both of you guys are correct, however, no one(including myself) said they were a new idea or technology. My point was that it's a new cheesedick twist on older technology.
