Default Will a P06 attached to a 96 will work to a 2000

Hi all
I made a similar thread not a long time ago but now that i know wich ECU he got i was wondering if it would make a difference.

Somebody got a p06 on his integra 96 ( obd2a ) and i would like to install it on my car wich is a 2000 ( obd2b ) do you think it should hook up right or i will need other harness?!

I would like to test it myself but my car is stored for the winter so i got to forum everything to be ready :S.

You'll need a conversion harness. I'm curious as to why exactly you would want a P06 in an Integra.
