i'd say go with the GC/koni or kyb adj....i dont know how the BC's ride like but i'm guessing its gonna be stiff and the rides is going to be a little too bumpy...i had the omni full coils 6 way adj but...they were way too stiff and bumpy for me so i just switched to GC's and kyb adj ....it rides 10x better...but go with what ever you like...just make sure you do your research first before you purchase your setup..

haven't heard anything about them.
i'd go with the tried and true, personally. i'm not a believer in JDM suspension design. overpriced, inferior materials, and too much anodized purple ****...unless you're paying shitloads for mugen n1 coilovers or some blingy remote reservoir system, etc.
Plus, i'm not totally sure that the US BC customer service is all that great. I do know that koni has the best customer service i've ever seen, and GC isn't bad either (they're busy, takes some patience to get through sometimes, but once you do you're fine.)

fyi, bc/=buddy club, bc is a different brand completely. i have the n+ on my 08 si, they can get pretty stiff; i'm driving with the front on 2 and back on 4, out of 15.

ya rly. buddy club makes the n+ coilovers, not bc. they're 2 different companies. here's bc's website: http://www.bcracing-na.com/
well obviously he wasn't talking about the BC you're talking about. He's talking about buddy club and referred to it bc to shorten it, so your post is irrelevant. Go to the site you posted, there is no N+.
no ****; there's no such thing as the bc n+. you don't gotta tell me man, i'm not the one mixing them up.
2 of my friends both have the buddy club N+ spec's on theyre cars. a 00 SI and a 99 hatch. IMO, they both ride really damn nice. From personal experience with 2 cars with the same setup, i'd say its worth the money. But for $800 shipped you can get koni yellows/ground control setup from thmotorsports on here, its your call. I'd go with the koni/gc but the buddy club's arent a bad choice either from what I know.
