Default where is the ignition control module

i think my module is going out. my car is having a hard time starting after it has been sitting. once it start has trouble idling for a couple mins. then tach bounces after 4,000 rpm. i have a cel but haven't had time to check it. where on the motor is the ignition control module. also my idle to to high like at 1500 rpm.

It's inside of the distributor. It's the small rectangular inset piece with three spade terminals connected to it (it's next to the ignition coil). You'll be able to see it after you've removed the distributor cap, rotor, and the black plastic shield behind the rotor.

WOW! somebody actually needs one of these! i have one from my TD-55U '95 LS teg dizzy. i can even show you how to install it if you send me an email with some pics. my digi is temperamental(sp?) and isn't working right now.
