Im trying to decide which projector to go with for my retrofit on my teggy. Ive already got my ballast and bulbs that im gonna use. I just cant decide on the TSX, S2000, or the E55 projectors. Basically Im looking for ease of installation. Can anyone offer some advice on which way to go?

 

I woud personally go with the S2k. The TSX is rather large. I like the output and color of the S2k compared to the German-made projectors.

 

I was kinda leaning toward the s2000 but they harder to find and more expensive.

I would go with the S2k as my first choice. Other than that the Infiniti G35 from what I heard works pretty good as well.

 

where do you find the projectors? i always wondered that do you have to buy them from a dealer? sounds expensive to me

 

You have to consider the install. S2ks are a bitch to retrofit since its really sharp (trying to aim them WILL take yuo for ever!) and you are going to need spacers since the s2k have a different length and width. Trust me, id go with the e55s if you are concerned about install.

I do not recommend doing s2ks for the first time. you will expletive something up.
e55s are easier since you do not need spacers. the length of the projector matches up perfectly from the stock.

edit: I dont think the G35 came with projectors, unless the 06 does but im sure they never had projectors.
