Default Rebuilding B16A2

I need some information from anybody who's rebuilt a B16A2. I plan on taking the engine out of my 99 Civic Si in a few weeks in an attempt to rebuild it. This will be my first time for an import - I've rebuilt a few V8's in some muscle cars. Is it more difficult? Can anybody recommend some good books on rebuilding the B16A2? Any advice will help, in fact the more the better.

I'm adding an LSD to the transmission during the rebuild but I would also like to up the power a little bit while still keeping it naturally aspirated and smog legal in California...any ideas?

Concepts the same for the most part. Get a Helms manual (factory service manual); it will take you step by step through the process.
