DEI door lock relay (NEED HELP FAST)!!!!!
How do I hook up the wires for the DEI door lock relay?
I've just installed the DEI door lock actuators and I already have a Clifford Matrix alarm.
the relay makes the right sound when doors are "locked" and "un-locked", but nothing happens.
This is how I hooked it up.
White and Gray wires are grounded
The two Purple wires go to (+)
Green and Blue go to the door lock actuators
The three-wire harness pluged into the "brain" module.

I've tried disconnecting the who grounded wires.
The relay still clicks, but the door locks still aren't working.
I checked to make sure the purple wires are getting the twelve volts and they are (12.67V constant, and a little under 12V at the time when I press the arm/disarm button).
The blue and green wires don't seem to get/send any kind of signal.
What else can I check?

Yes the white and the brown wire need to be grounded. Purples need to go to constant. Blue and green need to go to the actuators. The three pin plug goes directly to the alarm.
Now if the three pin plug is hooked up then the relays will click no matter what.
Take a drill battery and touch it to the wires going out to the actuators and see if they move. If they do then it is your wiring of the relays, if they don't then it is the way they are installed or the wiring going to the actuators themselves.

The green and blue wires should both read ground, [when relays at rest] and when you arm the alarm one, [green] should read 12V+ and the other, [blue] stays at ground, when you disarm the alarm the alarm the blue should read 12V+ and the green stays at ground, if this is not happening, and you have the other wires connected properly, [purples to 12V+ constant, and the white and brown to ground] as you say you have, then you have a problem with the relay pack, [the relays are defective or miss-wired internally

FIXED IT
! ! ! !
It was a defective relay.
I checked all the wiring over and over and finally decided to take the relay apart.
One of the relay contacts was snapped off (missing), and didn't make contact with the circuit board.
I had to drill out a bigger hole in the circuit board, solder on a wire to what was remaining of the broken relay contact, and then filled in the hole with epoxy (to make it sturdier).
Now it works like a charm.
Thanks for every-ones help
