All of the problems listed above, I want to take it to a shop, but the last time I did that, I took it to a honda dealership and they couldn't find out whats wrong with it, I did have a severed wire going to the knock sensor, thats thats been soldered and repaired. any suggestions??

Yes, check engine light, new plugs and wires, Havn't hooked back up the the PC yet, I guess I should do the first
