unplug the harness, twist the bulb, pull it out, attach the harness to the new bulb, put back in hole, twist to lock into place. Simple. dont touch the glass on the new bulbs though, dont want to get any skin oil on um.

First unplug the 3 wire harness in the bulb.
If there is a rubber boot, remove this next.
Then twist off the plastic ring that holds the bulb in place
(should be maybe an 1/8th to a 1/4 turn counter clock wise)
To put back in, reverse the procedure.
