Default i want to lower my car and i need help

ok so i want to lower my car before i get new rims but i have no clue what brand springs and stuff to get and how low i should go cause i really don't want to rub or scrape cause the rims i want are 17x7. If anyone can help me that would be great

What I can suggest is getting coil overs (you can adjust the height to be as high or low as you want) try Ground Control or Skunk 2 I have coil overs on my crx right now and i love em...

17X7 might be pushing if you want a good looking low car.

I have 17X7 rims on my CRX and I love it! I also have the coilovers! I would recommend them cause they are adjustable to your needs. You can get a set for cheap(cheap being 200 bucks) but remember you get what you pay for! Also make sure you ride with your axles straight or as straight as possible. You will start going through U-joints if the car is to low because your axles are spinning at a bad angle!! I have to replace mine cause I thought it would be cool to be low! One more thing make sure the rear of the car is just a couple of millimeters higher than the front. Its helps your rear follow the front in cornering.

go on ebay and type crx coil overs and get an idea of what you like im suggesting the coil overs for sure...if you are getting 17's

Skunk 2 Coilovers are the **** for a good budget. Thats what I have on mine now and get kyb agx adjustable shocks.

megan coil-overs are good if your on a budget. most shops sell them for about $100

You can use Eibach springs,it will ride better.
