richard: I think it looks WAY better with the cover on too ... but I was experimenting with intake manifold temperatures with it off ;P

yeah I painted the hood ... I created a thread a LONG time ago about sanding hoods and trunks ... my hood was faded and I had gotten into an accident, so I asked the body shop to paint the hood and they did it for free

I will be painting my trunk soon too ... my trunk is a **** yellow color (damn faded VIS piece of ****... used to be silver carbon)... good thing my car is nearly a **** yellow color.

funny you say that actually. Since my car is very unsuspecting (and my exhaust is VERY quiet), people never want to race me ... I have to drive like an ******* to get any attention
