Which welder to buy?
What type of welder and wire do I need to buy if I am mainly going to be welding exhaust/intercooler piping and ~1/4" thick flanges for BOV/WG/etc?
My guess is a 90 amp flux core, but I am not 100% sure and don't want to make a wrong investment.
Secondly,
Is any particular welder better than the next if the specs are the same? What is a good brand to get?

Seems like all the blow off valves I've seen with flanges on them, are aluminum. So you would need a a/c machine.
