my lude is feeling a little slack in mid range, i have adjustable cam gears set at 0,0 what would be some good settings? I know i should advance the exhaust a lil but no idea on the intake?

 

oh yeah like last year when i went to a dyno and had them done, it really messed up the smoothness of the car so i set them back to 0,0. I just started drivin this car again recently and forgot the settings that gave me the most power.
