Well, you need to figure out how low you want it, what spring rates you want, and what shocks you're going to use, then research the exact drop for each set and what rates they have available and make an educated decision for yourself once you have all of that information.

well, I have oem shocks only....... now I have installed weapon r adj. coilovers.... but I am not sure how to make them balance height. That's why I want to change to lowering springs.

If I use oem shocks, which (H&R-germany, Tanabe-japan) is better quality?

There probably is not "better." Only some people prefer one spring, and others prefer another. I'd just recommend saving for some koni yellows for the coilovers you have now. Balancing the height is super-easy, just measure from the bottom of the sleeve to the adjuster and adjust the same for both side. Done. And then you can pick your height w/o being stuck with what spring company sells you.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Danronian &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">Balancing the height is super-easy, just measure from the bottom of the sleeve to the adjuster and adjust the same for both side. Done.</TD></TR></TABLE>

Or you could have the setup cornerweighted.
