Default Neuspeed Race VS. H&R Race

I'm currently riding on Neuspeed race springs that I bought brand new last year. However I'm wondering if H&R race springs have a higher spring rate then my Neuspeed and is the difference segificant? If so then I'm switching to the H&Rs.

Also are AGXs shorter then my stock shocks? If so by how much? I hear that 92-93 Integra shocks are shorter then my stock shocks and will bolt in is this true?

If you buy the Civic H&R Race Springs then you'll be rollin with 450 Ib/in in the front and something like 250 Ib/in in the rear. I have these on my car and I oversteer like its my job. I'd go w/ the Integra springs because I do believe you can use those, they just have higher spring rates not 100% sure... more like 98%.

What are the spring rate on the H&R race springs for the 94-01 Integra?

I also found out from a friend that 94-01 Integra shocks are about a 1/2" shorter then my Civic ones so I'm going to get AGXs for an Integra.

Will the 94-01 Integra springs and shocks bolt into my 92 Hatch?

Well I just got off the phone with both Neuspeed and H&R. Here's the spring rates for the Integra springs.

H&R Race Springs: 460F/350R
Neuspeed Race Spring: 485F/360R

Neuspeed has an extra 25lbs/in. up front and an extra 10lbs/in. in the the rear. So looks like I'm going with a set of Neuspeed Race springs made for the Integra.

What kinda shocks are you going to run? I have the race springs on my hatch with neuspeed knoi yellows and the ride is still a little bouncy.

I'm going to run AGXs for the Teg as I'm a broke white boy and can't afford Neuspeed Edition Yellows.
