Default ECu Question

I'm going JDM D15B Vtec... and I want to stay OBD-0. What would be the best ecu to use and all around power? Everyone has been telling me to step up and just go with a Cversion and run a P28. I was thinking of Getting a PR3 Ecu. Good Idea? Or Bad?

Also... anyone here have VIdeos on they're D15b? I tried searching but no luck. I just want to get a preview of what I'm getting in a Few Days.

PR3 ecu... B-series... DOHC... you'll run extremely rich.

If you want to stay obd0, get a pm6 chipped for you application. Thats the only way I suggest going if you are going to stay obd 0

I know the Pr3 is good for B-series... but I figure it's just a lot easier to stay obd-0. Who here Ran a P28... and a PR3... and by proof/feel which performed better??

I have a similar question. I am swapping a D15B7 from my 95 civic into a 88 CRX shell. Would if a OBD0 91 CRX Si ecu would work fine with the OBD1 D15? (BTW-Im using a 91 Si tranny so I wont have to convert it to hydraulic...)

You could chip the pr3, but for the cost no point. Get a ps9 and use it chipped so you don't need to set up 1 wire vtec, pm me and I'll set you up with someone selling one if you wish.

ps9 is 90-91 civic ex. It's like 50 bucks for a ps9, compared to 125 for a pr3, so yeah.
