Default I have a really bad idle problem....HELP Please

My brother has a 94 HB with a GSR motor and the his idle is very weird. It keeps on jumping up and down from about 1500 to 2500 RPMs, and that's at idle when it's warming up. When it does finally warm up, it's not so bad but still idles at 1500 when the motor is warm, and jumps around a little but not as bad.
Anybody have a similar problem??or know how to fix it.
Thanks

Have you checked the voltage on your TPS?

if ur not throwong any cels then id just try and tighten the plastic screw looking thing in the idle air controlle valve, make sure u clean the hole sensor too.if its not that then its 1 of the other sensors that have coolent running through them on the back of the block, theres like 3 it only takes a min to do so allways try doing this befor getting all crazy

also check any coolant lines for holes and crap..gonna have to paly with a few with them since the holes aren't easy to find..found one that runs to the back of the intake manifold to the IACV, noticed when i went to clean it..damn thing pissed coolant.. fixed it and it idle alot smoother..luck
