Default wheel stud broke

well went to get a rotation and balance and one of my wheel studs broke off on the rear.

just wandering how much you guys think it would cost to get that fixed (i heard rears were harder to do), and do you think i should go ahead and have all the wheel studs replaced for the whole car or just the one that broke

210k miles on them

With semi decent knowledge you should be able to change a wheel stud out. I'm sure there's a diy on here about it. Good luck.

rear wheel studs are super super easy. as far as replacing all or just the one, take a look at the others. if there are some that are stretched/cracked/stripped, then replace them all. most likely you will just need to replace the one though.

theres def gonna be a FAQ on that and its really not involved at all. About your question on replacing them all. I wouldnt because they should be fine but if it gives u the peace of mind then go for it. They arnt expensive.

If they were broken by a shop have the shop pay for it. You might end up with a new hub, wheel bearing and new studs.... happened to my friend.
