Ive got ls/vtec integra stock b18b block stock gsr head, arp headbolts, jdm gsr tranny (non lsd), car doesnt seem to pull like it should, not throwing any cel's and vtec engages, for some reason in 3rd if i hit vtec i throw a code 22 when i let off the gas, have a minor oil leak and a minor vacum leak, both in the process of being fixed any help would be greatly appreciated

 

Do a compression test, and get it tuned.

Oh, I hope you're keeping the LS rev limit if you don't have ARP rod bolts.
