Default Al Radiators?

Does any1 have any input on what aluminium radiator is good to get? C&R and Fluidyne are the 2 that I keep seeing. Any ideas on where I can get good prices are either and which is better.

Thanks in advance.

Koyo is also very nice, BUT I remember looking through the HC rules, and seeing no allowances for modified cooling systems, other than an additional oil cooler.

Go beg Scott and Karl to change that. I don't think it's a problem.

For good prices:

from what i've heard the C&R look like better quality, and they come with a fan.

$315 for a Fluidyne. Nice. Thanks for the link!

SPiFF goes off to beg. My 94 LS is leeking like mad .. so if am going to have a dailey driver, I will need the race car to donate its radiator.

EDIT: The word is Al radiators are fine.

If it's not there that's an oversight on my part. It's legal in IT so we get it too.

I purchased a Koyo from Absoluteradiator.
Great before and after sale support and the radiator is mad tiite bling bling.

The cooling fans don't even come on until the ambient temp gets in the 50s!

GRRRRRRRRRRRRR. The GSR radiator does not have the ATF Cooler hose connections needed for AT. Snif.

This thing has gone from a good excuse to get trick parts for the race car to I have to take money out of the racing budget to fix the daily driver!!!

Yeah the automatic trannies have the two-in-one type radiator design, I learned this when I went from auto to 5-speed transmission...too bad you can't use the radiator from the racer' in the daily driver. You can get OEM type fully metal radiators for around $150...
