Default 5 Lug Conversion for 91 hatch.

I've got a 91 std hatch and I am looking into doin a ITR 5 lug conversion on it. I already did a quick search and couldn't find anything. My question is what all needs to be done in order to complete this, I know its not just bolt on like the eg, dc, and ek chassis and requires some modifications, my only problem is I'm not sure what they are..If someone could help me out I'd greatly appreciate it.

The front though is a little more complicated, and there is a thread in here about 6 months ago that covered it. What I can remember from said thread was that you could use EX knuckles/DA Knuckles and have the bearings machined to match the ITR hubs. Something along the sorts of that, but if you sit down and dig for a while you should find it.

the answer is no, i was incorrect, if you were doing this on a stock d series motor w/ stock d series axles you would need to customize the axles
