Default B18C5 in a 93 Si Hatch

My boy just got a 93 Si hatch w/ a 2000 Type R motor. The car was running for like a month and now all of a sudden it stopped and is blowing the ECU fuse under the hood. Everytime we put a new fuse in it just blows. Can anyone think of what can be wrong???

I tried to test for codes but the check engine light doesn't flash, it just stays on.

Did he buy the car already a hybrid? You might want to talk to whomever sold the car to your friend.

Yeah, he bought the car w/ the swap. We r trying to get in touch w/ the kid that he bought it from. The wire harness onthe motor is a little hacked up and we r gonna change it this weekend if we have to.
