Well current motor is ls/vtec wit gsr tranny but it was so fine til today in afternoon when i mis shift second gear like a dumb *** and i grind my gear doing 8k rpm.....=T so stupid and now it's real hard to get into gears and also it would grind 3rd gear and 4thgear real bad.. almost everytime it would grind 3rd gear.. i dont know what it could go wrong? mabye a fluid? but its weird since it happened after i grind very bad.. can it be syncro??

 

Sounds like possibly bad synchro(s) and/or bad shift fork(s).

 

when the motor is off, and i shift, it shift so well and fine.. but when motor is on, its real hard to shift.. basically its real hard to get into gears

you need new clutch forsure... that's what happen to my bro car too, and its the clutch spring that poped out....
