Default Did I mess up my tranny

Alright I raced this lightning the other day but that isnt the point. When I raced I let each gear go to the redline and then after the race another car came up on me like he wanted to race. So I kept going and as we peeked a hill there was a cop sitting with someone pulled over. I slamed on my brakes as fast as I could and went from 80 to 20 pretty fast. Well now when Im driving I have to force it into gear a little bit and the higher the rpms the harder it gets. Also when I am slowing down I have the habit of putting in the clutch and just shifting down the gears(except first) with the clutch in and it is hard to do that now I have to force it a little and sometimes when I take of from a stop it shutters. I tried bleeding the hydrolic clutch-line but that didnt help. My only other guess would be the slave cylinder, clutch(it doesnt slip or anything), or my syncros* any body know what it could be?????

When you slow down you disengage the clutch and go down through all the gears? Why? I just put it in neutral, go to the gear I want and rev match (or double clutch if I feel like it) if I'm going to go again, or just leave in neutral and let the clutch pedal out if I'm stopping. Going down through all the gears will put unneeded strain on the synchros unless you're double-clutching each time you go down a gear. That could be the problem but I'm not sure.

there is no dipstick, jack up the car and locate the tranny. theres a bolt on it. when u loosen the bolt, fluid should come out. if it doesnt it means your low. u should prolly change it anyway
