Default DA have a returnless fuel system?

Did the 92-93s have a returnless fuel system. Just noticed one line wasnt hooked up on my 96 shell that had a b18a in it.....trying to figure what it was....

As far as I know, all DA's have a return-style fuel setup. My DA does. The return line is hooked to the bottom of the Fuel Pressure reg.

would a car run without one? The hardline that is the return line had nothing hooked up to it....i was just kinda curious
